Eight of RuPaul’s former queens will sashay into the werk room once more for a holiday competition special. VH1 announced recently that RuPaul’s Drag Race Holi-slay Spectacular will return on December 7th, for a one-off, and we’re officially wigless.

The eight queens which will compete to be the first ever Drag Race Xmas Queen are: Shangela, Eureka O’Hara, Jasmine Masters, Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Mayhem Miller, Trixie Mattel and Sonique.

The series will have a similar format to normal, and Michelle Visage, Ross Matthews and Todrick Hall will judge.

This ties in with the major hint Ru dropped not too long saying that it would return “sooner than [we] think”. Well this is definitely a sickening early Christmas present.

RuPaul said in a press release:

“Nothing says Christmas like ‘Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, and drag queens slipping on their pantyhose. Celebrating the holidays with my most festive girls inspired me to record my new album, Christmas Party. And this VH1 holiday extravaganza is my way of saying thank you to my Drag Race family by spreading a little bit of love, laughter, and light across the country and around the world.”

This will be followed by All Stars 4 and Season 11 in the early new year.

Jake Quickenden doesn’t have his own calendar for 2019, but that hasn’t stopped him getting naked.

Instead, the X Factor star will feature as one month on the Dreamboys calendar, the all-male strip group he stripped with earlier this year.

In an exclusive chat with Cocktails & Cocktalk, Brandon Myers has revealed that a gay-4-pay shoot he took part in when he was younger was “manipulated”.

After C&C posted links to the material, Myers reached out to request a removal. The Ex On The Beach star, who appears in the English Lads video with blood-shot eyes, went on to tell us: “The video was very manipulated. It wasn’t meant to be like that and I was young.”

When we questioned his relationship with English Lads, Myers told us: “I’m currently in the process of moving forward with English Lads regarding the video. I can’t say too much.”

He went on, “I was very manipulated at a young age and didn’t know what was happening.”

When we reached out a number of weeks later, pressing him for further details on his progression on the issue, he replied:

“Sorry I don’t want to comment please. I was young that’s all.”

So it’s unclear what exactly took place on the shoot, or if Myers will pursue any action against English Lads, but if nothing more, perhaps serves as a cautionary tale to younger guys allured into amateur porn by money.

An ex-gay therapist who claims to ‘cure’ gay men of their sexuality has been found cruising on gay hook-up sites Manhunt and Bear Nation.

Norman Goldwasser, an Orthodox Jewish, compares being gay to OCD and promises that he can cure homosexuals with his own therapy. A class, perhaps, he should have taken himself? Considering when he’s not flogging fake therapy, Goldwasser is hunting for hairy men to have his way with.

With a profile name of HotnHairy72, and posing under the pseudonym Dave, Goldwasser agreed to meet with an undercover operative from gay news website Truth Wins Out for some hotel hanky panky.

The executive of TWO, Wayne Besen, says:

“Norman Goldwasser’s double life of unconscionable lies highlights the rank hypocrisy and predatory nature of the fraudulent ‘ex-gay’ industry. We urge every state to ban the scourge of conversion therapy that attacks the mental health of LGBT youth and puts them in harms way.”

He went on, “Here is a case where a charlatan is committing consumer fraud by misleading clients and adversely affecting their mental health. We are particularly concerned when Goldwassser’s scam preys on young people susceptible to his charade.”

Goldwasser was part of an organisation called JONAH (Jews Offering New Alternatives to Homosexuals), but had talks in Australia cancelled when they learned just how intolerant he is. And also JiM (Journey into Manhood) where guests parttake in weird hugging rituals.

A young black female Twitter user has earned herself the title of ‘Absolute Legend’, after she tricked a bunch of Republicans into paying her tuition fees. Before later dragging them and their policies after she’d received the money.

“I will not hide any longer,” she first wrote, “The left has made us feel as if us black republicans should hide!! but not anymore!! #BlacksForTrump #WalkAway #maga,” posting a controversial picture of her in the MAGA hat.

After the tweet went viral, ‘reformed republican’ claimed that her parents had refused to pay her tuition fees.

The GoFundMe page has since been taken down, but news reports that the girl reportedly made over $100,000. And then she put POTUS on blast.

“Trump is a racist, homophobic, transphobic, bigot AND YOU THINK MY BLACK ASS WOULD SUPPORT THAT ROTTING CARROT?? ridiculous,” she wrote regarding his minority attacks.

“Girl I can afford my tuition, rent, and 17 iPhones now,” the woman later posted in a tweet.

Dear Ex’s,

I’d like to take the opportunity – like Ariana – to thank you. While most weren’t even around long enough to qualify as ‘relationships’, you’ve all contributed to the person I am now: some for the better and others for the worst, but all toward a person that I didn’t love before, but that I do now.

My early experiences with men were the kind to make you lose faith in them entirely, from the first time I took my t-shirt off on webcam and was body-shamed, to my first true lust and taste of heartbreak at 19, to last week when my dick appointment cancelled at the last minute; leaving me with perfectly groomed junk and nobody to appreciate it. And he was rude about it… next.

I won’t deny that I grew up naive, because I wanted to see the best in people, but as the law of the universe writes, people often take advantage of that. And they will… even when you trust them.

But every dickhead has a silver lining. And every time one of you took a blow at a self-worth which was already dented, you dulled my shine, until eventually I was left in darkness. But that allowed me to build myself into someone smarter and stronger.

I’m not angry, or bitter about any of it, because I understand that most of your behaviours were motivated by your own inner conflict. And thankfully it wasn’t all bad. Not only have I learned about the actions and tendencies to avoid, but the ones to cherish.

The one who made little gestures and would do anything for me was a keeper… just not mine. And to the ones who celebrated my true-self, you gave me courage. The one who I could talk to all day and night to and never be bored, you opened my eyes to a real connection – one that will be impossible to forget.

So it might not have been in the most pleasant way, but I grew, and often growth isn’t a pretty path to tread. Perhaps I helped you to grow too. Perhaps I didn’t. But I hope you’re all content and happy now…

The Spice Girls announced in a surprise announcement video that they will be returning in 2019 for a world tour that will start at Manchester Arena on June 1st and includes London’s Wembley Stadium.

Michael Urie – who played Marc St. James – has said that the cast would love to return for more shows. He told Vulture: “We all would. We loved each other so much and we loved it so much.”

“We would absolutely do a revival and if you’re listening, ABC, please make it happen. You can make one of the characters a Trump support if [you] have to.

“We’re in touch all the time. [There] was just a text chain yesterday with America [Ferrera] and everybody, with this baby dressed up like Ugly Betty in the Guadalajara poncho.”

Well with the cast onboard and surely fans onboard too, it’s all down to the network. Or Netflix.

The midterm elections have just passed, and after celebrities flocked to social media to encourage people to vote (better late than never), we’re rounding up some of the more positive bits of news.

It can be hard for us to give our personal commentary on the elections when living in the UK and it doesn’t get reported on in much detail. But we’ve been doing our best online, and these some of best bits we’re taking away from the action.

Firstly, Neil Raffety an openly gay former marine just took Iowa, by a landslide of 90%. Rafferty spent four years as a marine, before getting his Bachelor’s degree, to today: the first out elect for Alabama. Not only Rafferty fighting for LGBT rights, but he also the director of AIDS outreach. AND only joined the army to be with his boyfriend who was deployed to Iraq so they could stay together.

OK! We want him to win the crown, or whatever they get. (Rafferty and his 14-year partner recently got engaged and are now planning a wedding).

Brian Sims, Pennsylvania’s openly gay politician has been re-elected as a House Representative, and alongside him is Malcolm Kenyatta. Malcolm is PA’s first POC to be elected and the son of Muhammad Kenyatta, was a civil rights leader, minister, and mayoral candidate for Philadelphia back in 1975. His previous work and campaign show that he stands for racial, gender and sexual equality.

Zach Wahls also returns, winning Iowa State Senate seat. Wahls is an activist, who back in 2011, went viral for defending his parent’s same-sex marriage in court. In a landslide vote of 78%, Wahls campaign includes affordable health care and education, improved workers’ rights and gun control.

AND one more lovely slice of political news, is that homophobic nut-job Kim Davis is OUT. The court clerk bigot who refused to sign same-sex marriage certificates, lost out on her bid for re-election in Kentucky to Democrat Elwood Caudill Jr.

You know what that’s called Kim? The Lord’s work.
