Welsh heartthrob Luke Evans has a new man in his life, art director Raffa Olarra.

The Beauty and the Beast actor posted a lovesick video to his Instagram, where he’s seen smitten and giggling, claiming: “He loves my welsh humour….no, honestly!! he does!!”

We’re not sure what Welsh humour involves, but if it’s putting your dick in a sheep, we can’t say we’d be amused.
