) inspired by Stephon Clarke called AB 392 California act to save lives! It strengthens the “use of force” standard to ensure police officers exhaust every other method before using lethal force (WHY IS THIS NOT ALREADY OUR STANDARD??) and most importantly it would change Cali law to allow them to be held legally accountable.
